May, 2025: The University of Nairobi’s National Andragogy program has two of PBL Directors (who also sit on the Board of Core 300 International) to join the Kenyan government in a total overhaul of Kenya’s Adult Education.
Two prominent Professors of the University were developing the Masters in Andragogy (adult education skills) program. They have heard of PBL and its ability to create use curricula to transform toxic behaviors into godly behaviors (and who love Jesus} PBL Executive Director Wycliffe Mudavadi and PBL Vocational Director Alex Achuti have just completed their first 4-month semester and are excited about the new tools they are getting to begin writing new curricula for our Program.
Last July we were our told PBL Directors were chosen because our widespread reputation of transforming men through Core 300,s curricula. Obtaining a masters degree in Andragogy will be required of all adult teachers and trainers in Kenya by the end of 2028 This far reaching training incudes all:
–Teachers of high school and all Government internal and external adult training programs. More of our leadership team will be joining their first semester Cohort in January.
–Assistant and full Professors at the college level, including, universities, seminaries, and Bible Colleges
–Medical and nursing schools, uniformed officers, trade colleges, an Bible Schools.

The second (of four) semesters of the masters degree program begins again in January 2026. This first “train the trainer” cohort of 20 will roll out the program by Region, with Wycliffe and Alex earmarked to lead this initiative in Western Kenya. Other PBL Leaders will be enrolling as well.
NOTE: Our Values and Faith-based leadership curricula is currently under consideration as curricula for several of these train-the-trainer groups as well
