2026 Survey Report shows Radicle Drops in Gender-based Violence and Family Wellbeing

In the Fall of 2019, Core 300 created and implemented a Likert Scale Assessment with 5 rater statements named the Wives’ Survey. The purpose was to scientifically measure the impact of often unreported behavioral and economic changes that occur after our graduate men return home after completing their 3-day Boot Camps
By 2024, we had graduated some 38,000 men and conducted 605 Wives’ Surveys in Kenya and Eastern Uganda. Later that year PBL became the first authorized men’s and male youth development and empowerment PBO (Public Benefit Organization) in Kenya our of 15,000 other PBOs.
From 2019-2025 PBL’s native leaders’ wives implemented the survey during graduation celebrations which occurred about 6-12 months after each course completion. The Survey included 5 simple Rater Statements that best described a virtuous, strong-yet-kind, and responsible, African husband, father, and provider.

 

Survey Group A: Wives whose husbands had graduated from the Warrior course (only) reported 93% overall improvement with 61.2% reporting Much Improved–and never striking her again

Quality of Change over Time (QOC/T)

 

Survey Group B: Wives whose husbands had graduated from both the Warrior and the Priest reproted 95% overall improvement, but with 89% reporting Much Improved, and never striking her again.
Survey Report Measured the Cumulative Power of GBV reduction for Warrior only, and then again for Warrior and Priest Combined.

“Across all five family impact indicators, the Warrior+Priest group recorded high levels of positive outcomes, with overall positive responses ranging from 93.6% to 98.7%. The proportion of wives reporting “Much Improved,” the highest score, outcomes ranged from 77.2% to 89.6% across all 5 indicators examined.” 

“In the Warrior and Warrior+Priest training pathways, the results demonstrate consistently strong positive family transformation outcomes across all five indicators examined. High proportions of wives reported improvements in marriage relationships, reductions in GBV behaviors, increased father engagement, greater household cooperation and support, and stronger responsibility to provide for their families.

Wealth Creation: Farms for Life and C.T. I. Entrepreneurship

Farms for Life is our organic farming crop mulitiplier training Program fior smallholders (see Phase 2 below)

 

A 360o Cultural Transformation requires more than healthy family relationships. After a man or male youth graduates from the Warrior and Priest, his mind and values create ambition for economic prosperity for their family. Our Family Transformation Program includes two more hands-on Bootcamp Programs for both Graduate husbands their wives. Farms for Life and (Modern Organic Farming) for smallholder farmers, and CTI Business Startups for men who have neither a farm or skills to make income.

 

Capacity Training Institute-Core 300 Start-up Partnership

CTI was established to provide room and board, technical and vocational education, training, and empowerment via apprenticeship. Their focus is for at risk, homeless young men. 
74% of young men in Kenya–between the ages of 15-35–are unemployed. That is 10 million men. Founded by Dr. Namusasi Chinungo, CTI is faith-based Technical and Vocational College (TVC) located in 4 major Kenyan cities. They are registered and regulated by the Ministry of Education. CTI partnered with us after seeing the remarkable changes in a pilot program we offerd them at no cost in March of 2026. Both faculty and students received an infusion of God’s purpose for their livves, and the anchor of identity, diligence, confidence, and the resilience they need to pursue life as an young entrepreneur.
PBLF and CTI are in the MOU/contract phase to provide our biblical values services for all 4 facilities, as well as other potential joint endeavors
